We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Profile Information & Verification

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles. Zowaaj may offer verification features, but we do not guarantee the authenticity of all users.

You should exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with others.

Subscriptions & Payments

Zowaaj may offer paid subscriptions through third-party providers such as Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions are billed according to the terms displayed at purchase
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Zowaaj, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

Safety Disclaimer

Zowaaj does not conduct background checks on users. We are not responsible for the actions of any user.

You agree to:

Account Termination

Platform Purpose & User Obligations

By creating an account or using Zowaaj, users acknowledge and agree that:

• Users must provide truthful and accurate information about their identity, beliefs, lifestyle, marital status, and intentions.
• Users are expected to engage respectfully with the religious and cultural nature of the community.
• The platform is intended for genuine marriage-seeking purposes only — not for casual dating, trolling, harassment, fetishization, spam, or disruptive conduct.

Account Review & Moderation

Zowaaj reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Review profiles and activity for authenticity and compatibility with the platform's stated purpose
• Request additional verification or clarification from users
• Restrict profile visibility
• Suspend or remove accounts that misrepresent themselves, provide misleading information, engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, undermine the purpose of the platform, or violate community standards

Use of Zowaaj is a privilege, not a guaranteed right. Zowaaj may refuse, limit, or discontinue service where necessary to protect the integrity, safety, religious character, or intended purpose of the community.

Respect for Community Values

Users acknowledge that members may apply personal religious, cultural, or lifestyle preferences when choosing whom to interact with. Zowaaj does not guarantee matches, responses, engagement, or visibility to other users.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Zowaaj:

• Fake or misleading profiles
• Harassment, abusive behavior, or intimidation
• Use of the platform for casual or non-matrimonial purposes
• Discriminatory hate speech or threats
• Impersonation
• Commercial solicitation or spam
• Attempts to circumvent moderation decisions

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal without prior notice.
