We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Zowaaj account, follow the steps below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Permanent Action
Deletion cannot be reversed. Your profile and data are gone for good.
Data Retention
Some data may be kept up to 30 days for legal and safety compliance.
Need Help?

Subscription
Cancel any active subscription via App Store or Google Play before deleting.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps inside the Zowaaj app:

  1. 1 Open the app on your device.
  2. 2 Go to Settings → Account.
  3. 3 Tap "Delete Account".
  4. 4 Confirm deletion when prompted.

This will permanently delete your profile, photos, and messages. Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal and safety purposes. This action cannot be undone.

Alternative: Email Us

If you're unable to access the app or need assistance, send a deletion request directly to our team:

privacy@zowaaj.com

Include the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile and photos
  • All messages and matches
  • Your preferences and account settings
  • Any saved filters or favourites

Some anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes for up to 30 days after deletion.
